-Modified DMEM / F12 is a basic culture medium (for undifferentiatedmaintenance / proliferation) that is partially modified for human 

 iPS cells. Specifiedtoxic ingredients are not included
 

-SUBSER-ESrP is a culture mediumadditive, and all proteins involved are recombinant
