1. Duodenal ulcer : 10mg, once daily
2. GERD : 10mg~20mg, once daily
3. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome : 60mg, once daily
4. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication : 20mg, twice daily with amoxicillin (1,000 mg twice daily) and clarithromycin (500 mg twice daily) for 7 days |
